Sugar scallion(糖蔥), a traditional hand made candy of Taiwan. Master took hot maltose and rolling on the stick, then pull and rolling it again and again until to be white. And let it cool and cut. Due to the end product look like scallion white section, so as named. In some Taiwan's old street you can find it, taste a little sweet and crispy, can be a choice of Taiwan hand carry.

糖蔥, 一台灣傳統手工糖果. 師傅先拿取熱的麥芽糖並繞在木棒上, 然後一回又一回的拉跟繞直至顏色將白, 然後便等它涼並切斷.由於成品像青蔥白色部份因此得名. 在台灣的老街您找得到它, 嘗起來一點點甜咬起來是脆的, 可以是台灣伴手裡的一個選擇.
