Chung Hsing Cultural and Creative park(中興文化創意園區), Yulan(宜蘭). A new spot of Yilan county, Just begin running. It was old Paper mill and history about 100 years. The whole area not so big, but really nice for taking photos. You can come here around afternoon, it;s between Yulan and Luodong(羅東), good for a day trip connection. The ship in the park most with DIY course, a place good for family.

JUST SING LOVE(喆食行樂), Kaohsiung. It's a mini music restaurant that very close to the Zuoying high speed rail station(左營高鐵站). Just take 5min by walk. Cí shèng temple food street (慈聖宮美食街), Taipei city. (台北市)

Find Old taste in Taipei city? You can visit Cí shèng temple (慈聖宮) at Liangzhou Street (涼州街). It's a morning food street, opened around 10am~4pm. Some special Taiwan side dishes or cuisine you can taste here. Best to come here by walk. And if you have time and big stomach, I will recommend you walk around the Yanping North Road(延平北路), also have some old taste here. More far, connect with the Ningxia night market(寧夏夜市) or Yongle market(永樂市場), you can have a whole day old taste trip.

Wū yán cape (烏岩角), Yilan(宜蘭)

The central mountain range as we know He-huan mountain (合歡山) that is a part of it. You can easy find it on Su-hua highway(蘇花公路), near by Nánfāng ào (南方澳) about 10km.(south to Hualien) And guess where is the south end? The answer is É luán bí(鵝鑾鼻). If you do the round tour at Taiwan, and passing these spots, I will said you're complete the central mountain range, and also when passing by the Highway 11, the east coast highway, I will said you're complete the coast mountain range too. You can have many record or special memory at Taiwan. (a little tricky)

Terraces(梯田) at New Taipei City(新北市)

Terraces(梯田), for me it's a interesting landscape in Taiwan. You don't need to go south east Asia as Philippines, and Vietnam. You can find similar but small at New Taipei City. Most in the country side town, as Sanzhi(三芝), Shimen(石門), and Gongliao(貢寮). Some terraces are over 100 years old. And the foundation also different, some are rock, and some are mud, but all along the mountain contour line. If you come at right timing that is really beautiful. (Usually March and April) To visit these places, better you have a guide to take you there.(Public transportation not easy reach) And please do not go inside the field, whenever growing or harvest. That is because they try to do and keep organic, if you go inside the field could make the pollution. Thanks for your helping.

A brand new, and also the first sky trail of the east coast. It located at Xīn jī trunnel (新機隧道), one of famous cliff of Highway 11. The trail not too long, about 200 meter, And a part of trail was glass trail. (in the final section) Here you can enjoy the great sea view. But be careful of big wind blow.

Yǒu ruì(友蚋), a area between wǔ dǔ(五堵), New Taipei city(新北) and qī dǔ(七堵), Keelong(基隆). A coal-producing areas in the past. An ecological park for now. So you can see some Mine relic here. Due to rain a lot, so the area full of tropical rain forest view here. With small dam, river valley, potholes, that the natural and geological landscape. And have some farmer's restaurant too. Hǔ bào tán(虎豹潭), New Taipei city(新北市).

Hǔ bào tán(虎豹潭), New Taipei city. A hidden place at shuāng xī district(雙溪區). The trail have two section, the first section very easy to walk, another section was climbing trail. The road from shuāng xī to Hǔ bào tán also beautiful. This time you can enjoy Azalea(杜鵑花), early spring time you can enjoy cherry flower. The lake also good for summer time, can swimming here, but be careful after raining comes big water. From here you can reach to Daxi(大溪), Yilan(宜蘭). Can have a half day trip here.

虎豹潭, 新北市. 一隱藏點在雙溪區. 步道分成兩段, 第一段非常好走, 另一段則是登山步道. 從雙溪至虎豹潭的路也很美麗. 這時您可以欣賞杜鵑花, 早春您可以欣賞櫻花在這. 潭也是適合夏天, 可以在這裡遊水, 但須注意雨過大水. 從這裡您也可連接到宜蘭大溪. 可以是半日遊在這.

Tevorangh(大武壠族), Taiwan aboriginal group

Tevorangh(大武壠族), or Taivoan(大滿族). An aboriginal group of Taiwan. Though not approved by the government, but it does exit. And could be one of the first aboriginal group doing international trading with foreigners. (as Siraya西拉雅, Tsou鄒 of the Taiwan west coast) Most they lived in the mountain side of Kaohsiung now. It's another history story about group's migration. In 2009, typhoon Morakot(莫拉克颱風) took over their village, it was disater, many people are died, and the left people no place to live. But now, they're overcome. And established a dance group called Taivoan dance group (大滿舞團) that in order to group agglomerate, and culture inherited. Similar then Pingpu(平埔族), they god called Taizu(太祖), but the ritual different than others Pingpu's group. Called Qiān Xì(牽戲). usually held at mid-autumn festival. And one special event at the lantern Festival, an event only for women.

Sangpuy(桑布伊), Taiwan aboriginal music

Sangpuy(桑布伊), an singer from Katratripul(卡大地布部落/知本部落) of Pinuyumayan(卑南族). One of Taiwan aboriginal music representatives(world music). People always saying: The young body holds the old soul. It does. His voice as like old man singing that full of live experience. Since his frist album out, he traveled lots country, and joined several world music festival (as 2015 rainforest world music festival, Malaysia). He also won the Golden Melody Award(金曲獎) in 2013. Very good voice to recommend to you.

Taiwu Ancient Ballads Troupe (泰武古謠傳唱), one of Taiwan aboriginal music group, and it's famous in the world. They singing base on Paiwan(排灣) old melody, one of Taiwan aboriginal group with rich songs. Members are from primary school students to college students. (the first generation all primary school students). Since they are famous, more and more aboriginal primary school take them as an example. But not only school teacher, also include people whom care about tribe-self culture. They have CDs, and won the Golden Melody Award(金曲獎) ever. If you interesting in aboriginal culture, very worth to listen.

Song Jiang battle array(宋江陣), Nenmen(內門), Kaohsiung(高雄)

Song Jiang battle array(宋江陣). One of performance of Taiwanese religion. The history more than 150 years. Common seeing in the south Taiwan as Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung. With several types, and people from 36 and up to 108 people(not common seeing). Nenmen(內門) have the largest Song Jiang battle array group in Taiwan. They do Nenmen Song Jiang battle array ritual every year around this time. Including performance and competition. Nenmen not only famous Song Jiang battle array, also well known catering. You can taste at the event. Here not to far to Qishan(旗山), and can reach to Cǎoshān moon world(草山月世界), one of world landscape of Taiwan. Can be a day tour here.

Emerald Valley(翡翠谷), Hualien(花蓮).

Emerald Valley(翡翠谷), Hualien. Since Mukumugi(慕谷慕魚) closed by Typhoon damage, this place became more popular. To into the first waterfall, you have to pass an old tunnel. Remember to bring flashlight, because the tunnel have a little turning can not see the light come from another exit. It's old trail too that over 200 years old. If you want to go further and discovering, strong recommend to find a local guide to lead you in, and more watching the weather and spent time. Weather change always fast in the mountain. Near by here you can reach to Carp Lake(鯉魚潭), one of famous tour spots of Hualien. April to May of ever year was firefly season of Carp Lake. Can be a half day trip here.

The painting also talking about the village old memory. Very different than other painted villages in Taiwan. Close to the village, a wet land park here. You can enjoy birds seeing too. Hóng máo gǎng bǎo'ān táng(紅毛港保安堂), Kaohsiung. An unusual temple in Taiwan. Worship the Japan battle ship. The major worshiping was Hǎi fǔ marshal(海府大元帥), a Japanese captain who dead in world war two at pacific war. The temple also unlike Taiwan any temples, more like Okinawa style, or shrine(神社). We have many Exotic gods in Taiwan. Most temple location in the south-west coast. They all became to Patron saint of Taiwan. A part of Taiwan's folk beliefs.

紅毛港保安堂, 高雄. 一個特別的廟宇在台灣. 供奉著日本戰艦. 主要供奉是海府大元帥, 一位在二戰太平洋戰爭陣亡的艦長. 廟宇也不同於台灣其他廟宇, 比較像沖繩式, 或神社. 在台灣我們有很多異國神. 多數的廟宇座落在西南沿海. 他(她)們都成了台灣的守護神. 成為台灣民間信仰的一部分.
