藝閣(Yì gé) or Arts Pavilion, was one of common seeing in Taiwan religious celebration. Similar like a float(花車), but more decoration about history, old story, and religion on the truck. The history more than 300 years, and in the first beginning was use horse and man power to carry. For now still using horse and man power in some places,but more and more take over by float.
