As the highway 9, Suhua Improve(蘇花改), Suao(蘇澳) to Hualien(花蓮), almost save 1 hour drive than take old Suhua highway. As the Highway 9, South link highway(南迴公路), almost save 30 min than take old one. As Highway61, Western Coast Expressway(西濱快速道路), just little more drive time than Freeway 1(國道一號). And the bus system also almost complete. You can have a round Taiwan trip by bus from now on. But please remember to bring more cash, because there's no credit card. And only one or two ATM, cash not easy to get.
