Thanks Irene & Mona, from Macau, a special day trip of Taoyuan. It's a old friends meeting trip.  Irene & Mona they are best friends, and I serviced them once at 2 years ago, with different Taiwan round trip. To me, customers not only customers, friends around the world.  

Dried tofu(豆干), Dasi (大溪)

Dried tofu(豆干). A common food you can see in everywhere of Taiwan. As the foods stand, restaurants, markets,some tour spots etc... The well known places of Taiwanese is Dasi (大溪), Taoyuan (桃園). You can taste various kinds of dried tofu, also buy soy bean products here, one special things as like fermented bean curd (豆腐乳). Some foreigners they don't like it very much due to it smelling, but the smelling better than Stinky tofu (臭豆腐).
豆干. 一常見食物在台灣各處. 如小吃店, 餐館, 市場, 某些旅遊點等等... 台灣人最熟知的地方是桃園大溪. 您可以嘗到數種類的豆干, 也可以買黃豆製品在這, 某一項特別的東西是豆腐乳. 一些外國人由於它的味道不是很喜歡它, 但它的味道比臭豆腐來得好.
