Fried Fish Crackers soup (魚酥羹), north Taiwan

Fried Fish Crackers soup, a traditional snack in the north Taiwan, most you can find it in Taipei city. But other cities maybe few or less. Tasting a little sweet. The fried fish crackers originated from Danshui, about 1960. Aslo one of speciality of Danshui. Find old taste in Taipei? This is one.
魚酥羹, 北台灣一傳統小吃, 多數在台北市可以找到, 但其它縣市可能比較不好找. 嚐起來是一點點的甜. 魚酥起源於淡水, 約1960左右. 也是淡水的特產之一. 在台北找古早味? 這是其一.

Thanks Nikola & his wife, from Thailand, did 3d2n Hualien to Tainan trip. A trip that revised Lonely Planet writing about Taiwan. And a very depth travel that take time to reach. Although we met rain a lot, but still have fun and good memory trip.
